Sous Chef (Arabic Speaker)

TBK Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef (Arabic Speaker) to join our culinary team at Asma and Tok, located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. 📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency
• Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to TBK standards
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety
• Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation, and reduce wastage
• Support menu development and contribute new ideas
• Ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Handle kitchen issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive kitchen environment

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high‑volume restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary excellence
• Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken)
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
