Social Media Specialist – Gastro-Naut Hospitality, Dubai
Gastro-Naut Hospitality is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content — from Reels and TikTok trends to community engagement and brand storytelling — and wants to bring that energy to a fast-paced, concept-led hospitality group. You’ll be responsible for shaping how Gastro-Naut’s brands show up online, capturing the personality of each concept, and turning everyday restaurant moments into scroll-stopping content. Working closely with the operations and marketing teams, you’ll help drive footfall, build community and keep the brand’s digital presence as bold and forward-thinking as its dining concepts. If you’re a self-starter with a sharp eye for visuals, a pulse on platform trends, and the writing chops to match, this is your chance to own the social voice of an ambitious, next-generation hospitality brand in one of the world’s most competitive F&B markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
- Capture photo and video content of dishes, drinks, events and behind-the-scenes moments
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow the brand’s online community
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on analytics
- Coordinate with management on promotions, influencer collaborations and campaign launches
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally for a restaurant, hospitality or F&B brand
- Strong photography/videography and basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Creative eye, up to date with social media trends and platform algorithms
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours to cover events and peak service times
