The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience preparing high‑quality shisha, strong knowledge of flavors and mixes, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service. As a Shisha Maker, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and presenting shisha to guests while ensuring safety, hygiene, and consistency. Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve shisha according to brand standards
• Mix flavors and customize shisha based on guest preferences
• Ensure proper setup, lighting, and maintenance of shisha equipment
• Clean and sanitize shisha pipes, hoses, and accessories regularly
• Monitor coal supply and ensure safe handling at all times
• Maintain inventory of shisha flavors, charcoal, and supplies
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shisha Maker in a restaurant, lounge, or café
• Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and equipment
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety
