Runner – Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to launch a new standard of luxury wellness and elevated dining in Dubai. Inspired by authentic Banya traditions and refined hospitality, Sacra offers guests a holistic experience where relaxation, wellness, and culinary excellence come together.
As part of our pre‑opening team, we are seeking energetic, attentive, and service‑oriented Runners who will support the smooth flow of operations within our dining and lounge areas. This role is essential in ensuring timely service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and back‑of‑house sections
  • Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting to ensure smooth guest turnover
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service flow
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Runner or similar role in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high service standards
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
