📌 Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Manage room reservations, confirmations, and modifications
- Operate the PMS/POS system accurately (Opera experience is an advantage)
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service
- Uphold Ramada by Wyndham’s service standards and brand values
🎯 Role Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Associate in a hotel (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
