Mixologist

Infini Concepts is seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our dynamic team at one of Dubai’s most exciting Italian dining destinations. Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
• Maintain bar mise‑en‑place, stock levels, and cleanliness at all times.
• Engage guests with confident, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with the bar team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a licensed venue.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for hospitality.
