Infini Concepts is seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our dynamic team at one of Dubai’s most exciting Italian dining destinations. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes beverage artistry — someone who understands that every drink tells a story and every guest interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable moment. As a Mixologist, you will craft signature cocktails, elevate the bar experience, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that defines our brand. You will work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure consistency, innovation, and exceptional service standards. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
  • Maintain bar mise‑en‑place, stock levels, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Engage guests with confident, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.
  • Collaborate with the bar team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a licensed venue.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
  • Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for hospitality.
