We are seeking experienced Kitchen Managers to join Kitopi’s dynamic culinary team in Dubai. This role is ideal for hands‑on leaders who combine operational discipline with a passion for international cuisine and exceptional guest service. As a Kitchen Manager you will oversee daily kitchen operations, drive food quality and consistency, manage inventory and cost controls, and lead a multicultural team to deliver memorable dining experiences across our outlets. You will work closely with senior chefs and cross‑functional teams to implement standards, optimize workflows, and maintain a safe, efficient kitchen environment. The successful candidate will have proven UAE experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced F&B settings.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure timely, high‑quality food production and presentation.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff; create schedules, assign duties, and manage performance.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards; ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation; control waste and optimize food cost.
  • Implement and monitor standard recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines.
  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement in kitchen processes, productivity, and quality.
  • Handle vendor relationships and assist with menu development and seasonal updates.
  • Prepare operational reports (waste, food cost, labor) and support budget targets.
  • Act as on‑shift point of contact for operational issues and customer escalations when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the UAE in a supervisory or managerial kitchen role.
  • Proven experience with international cuisine and multi‑concept kitchen environments.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including food safety (HACCP), inventory control, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills; ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
