Job Details
1. Social Media Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
- Capture photo and video content of dishes, drinks, events and behind-the-scenes moments
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow the brand’s online community
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on analytics
- Coordinate with management on promotions, influencer collaborations and campaign launches
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally for a restaurant, hospitality or F&B brand
- Strong photography/videography and basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Creative eye, up to date with social media trends and platform algorithms
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours to cover events and peak service times
2. Assistant Procurement Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of food, beverage and operational supplies
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance and pricing
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid shortages
- Ensure purchases align with budget, quality standards and food safety requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders and supplier contracts
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in hospitality/F&B
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage cost control principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/inventory software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
3. Restaurant Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness and compliance with brand SOPs
- Support scheduling, opening/closing procedures and shift reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or bar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic operational reporting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
4. Female Servers
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Take accurate orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with table resets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, café or lounge preferred
- Friendly, well-presented and guest-focused personality
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work on your feet during busy service periods
- Team player with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
5. Runners
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen/bar to the correct table quickly and accurately
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar and service staff to keep orders on track
- Check dishes for presentation and accuracy before delivering to guests
- Assist servers with table clearing, resetting and general floor support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and expo areas
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
- Energetic, physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends
6. Bartender
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails to brand standards
- Engage guests at the bar, offering recommendations and building rapport
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels and proper handling of ingredients
- Follow responsible alcohol service and hygiene/safety regulations
- Manage bar transactions accurately using the POS system
Requirements
- Proven bartending experience, ideally in a branded restaurant, bar or lounge
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and mixology techniques
- Strong multitasking ability under pressure during peak hours
- UAE-recognized hygiene/alcohol service certification is a plus
- Outgoing, guest-focused personality with a professional appearance
7. Barback
Duties & Responsibilities
- Restock bar supplies including liquor, garnishes, glassware and ice
- Support bartenders during service to keep the bar running smoothly
- Wash and organize glassware and bar equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving deliveries
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant support role preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry supplies for extended periods
- Reliable, hardworking and able to stay organized under pressure
- Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
