Runners – Gastro-Naut Hospitality, Dubai

Gastro-Naut Hospitality is looking for energetic, reliable Runners to join its Dubai team and help keep service moving at full speed. As a Runner, you’re the crucial link between the kitchen, the bar and the guest — making sure every dish and drink arrives fast, accurate and exactly as it should look. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in being part of a tight, well-coordinated team. It’s also a great entry point into hospitality, with plenty of room to learn the ropes of restaurant operations and grow into other front-of-house roles over time. If you’re quick, dependable and ready to bring energy to every shift, Gastro-Naut Hospitality wants to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen/bar to the correct table quickly and accurately
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar and service staff to keep orders on track
  • Check dishes for presentation and accuracy before delivering to guests
  • Assist servers with table clearing, resetting and general floor support
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and expo areas

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Energetic, physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends
