Restaurant Supervisor – Gastro-Naut Hospitality, Dubai

Gastro-Naut Hospitality is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead front-of-house operations across its Dubai venues. This role calls for someone who can keep a busy floor running smoothly — coaching the team, upholding service standards, and stepping in wherever needed to make sure every guest leaves happy. You’ll be the go-to person during shifts, balancing hands-on leadership with day-to-day operational tasks like scheduling, opening/closing procedures and handling guest feedback on the spot. It’s a role built for someone with strong people skills, a calm head under pressure, and genuine pride in hospitality done well. Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor service standards, cleanliness and compliance with brand SOPs
• Support scheduling, opening/closing procedures and shift reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or bar environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic operational reporting
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
