Female Servers – Gastro-Naut Hospitality, Dubai

Gastro-Naut Hospitality is hiring friendly, guest-focused Female Servers to join its Dubai team. As the face of the brand on the floor, you’ll be the one greeting guests, guiding them through the menu, and making sure every visit feels warm and well taken care of from start to finish. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys people — reading the room, anticipating needs, and turning a simple meal into a memorable experience. Whether you’re already an experienced server or looking to grow within hospitality, you’ll be joining a fast-paced, creative environment where teamwork and attention to detail are valued every shift. Gastro-Naut’s concepts are built around energy and personality, and its servers play a huge role in bringing that to life for every table. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations
  • Take accurate orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with a positive attitude
  • Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with table resets

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, café or lounge preferred
  • Friendly, well-presented and guest-focused personality
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to work on your feet during busy service periods
  • Team player with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
