Product Manager – Wellfit Masaar
Wellfit is opening a brand-new community club at Masaar, Sharjah, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape how members experience it — both in the club and through our digital tools. This is a rare pre-opening opportunity to define the member app, booking systems, and digital touchpoints from the ground up, rather than inheriting an existing roadmap. You’ll work closely with operations, marketing, and technology teams to prioritize features that genuinely improve member engagement and retention, using real feedback and data to guide decisions. If you enjoy owning a roadmap end-to-end, working cross-functionally, and building something new in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role offers the chance to leave a lasting mark on a club from its very first day of operation. Fitness or wellness industry experience is a bonus but not essential — what matters most is strong product instincts and the ability to execute.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the member app and in-club digital experience
- Gather member and staff feedback to prioritize features that improve engagement and retention
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and tech teams to launch new initiatives
- Track product performance metrics and report on adoption, usage, and member satisfaction
- Coordinate pre-opening product setup, including booking systems, access control, and membership tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within fitness, wellness, or lifestyle tech
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to guide decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; UAE experience preferred
