Barback – Gastro-Naut Hospitality, Dubai

Gastro-Naut Hospitality is looking for a hardworking, reliable Barback to support bar operations across its Dubai venues. This role is the engine room behind a great bar — keeping stock, glassware and supplies flowing so bartenders can focus on delivering great drinks and even better service. You’ll be constantly on the move: restocking, organizing, cleaning and prepping, all while staying a step ahead of what the bar team needs during a busy shift. It’s physical, fast-paced work that rewards people who are organized, dependable and quick on their feet — and it’s also a great stepping stone into a bartending career for anyone looking to grow within the industry. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Restock bar supplies including liquor, garnishes, glassware and ice
  • Support bartenders during service to keep the bar running smoothly
  • Wash and organize glassware and bar equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces
  • Assist with inventory counts and receiving deliveries

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant support role preferred
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry supplies for extended periods
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to stay organized under pressure
  • Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
