Bartender – Gastro-Naut Hospitality, Dubai

Gastro-Naut Hospitality is looking for a skilled, personable Bartender to join its Dubai team and bring craft, energy and hospitality to every drink served. This role goes beyond mixing cocktails — you’ll be building relationships at the bar, reading the room, and creating the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. From classic techniques to signature creations, you’ll need a solid grip on mixology, a sharp eye for consistency, and the multitasking skills to stay smooth through a packed service. Gastro-Naut’s concepts are built on creativity and personality, and its bar program is no exception — this is a chance to bring your own flair to a brand that’s actively growing its footprint across Dubai’s dining and nightlife scene. If you’re passionate about the craft and love working the floor as much as the bar, we want to meet you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails to brand standards
  • Engage guests at the bar, offering recommendations and building rapport
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels and proper handling of ingredients
  • Follow responsible alcohol service and hygiene/safety regulations
  • Manage bar transactions accurately using the POS system

Requirements

  • Proven bartending experience, ideally in a branded restaurant, bar or lounge
  • Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and mixology techniques
  • Strong multitasking ability under pressure during peak hours
  • UAE-recognized hygiene/alcohol service certification is a plus
  • Outgoing, guest-focused personality with a professional appearance
