Jamie’s Italian – Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi & Dubai Mall, Dubai

Jamie’s Italian is looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helpers to support our back‑of‑house operations across our UAE locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to grow within a well‑established international dining brand. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, preparation, and efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation, chopping, portioning, and mise en place
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
• Wash, clean, and sanitize utensils, cookware, and work surfaces
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food‑handling procedures at all times
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries according to standards
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Chef or Supervisor to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or BOH role is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Immediate joiners preferred
