Felicita Restaurant in Downtown Dubai is looking for a motivated Junior Bartender to join our bar team at Address Skyview. This role suits someone with foundational bartending experience who is ready to sharpen their craft while working alongside senior bar staff in a high-energy, guest-facing setting. As a Junior Bartender, you’ll prepare drinks, engage with guests, and help maintain the smooth flow of service behind the bar. Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of classic and house-signature cocktails under the guidance of senior bar staff.
• Take drink orders and interact with guests to recommend beverages based on their preferences.
• Maintain proper stock rotation, garnish prep, and bar mise en place before and during service.
• Operate the POS system accurately for orders, payments, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bartending or bar-support experience, ideally in a restaurant or lounge setting.
• Basic knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixing techniques.
• Good communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
