As a Hostess/Receptionist, you will be the face of our restaurant — welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the dining experience. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and provide accurate information.
• Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess/Receptionist in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and confident, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
