Hostess – TBK Dubai

TBK Dubai is looking for a confident, welcoming, and guest‑focused Hostess to join our front‑of‑house team at Asma and Tok, located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a key role in setting the tone for the dining experience. We are seeking someone who is polished, professional, and passionate about hospitality.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements
• Coordinate guest flow to ensure smooth service operations
• Communicate effectively with the service team regarding table status
• Assist guests with inquiries, menu guidance, and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Uphold grooming, service, and hospitality standards at all times

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Hostess in a high‑volume restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and guest‑oriented
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
