Hostess – Mystic Mist, Downtown Dubai

Mystic Mist – House of Rituals, a premium lounge opening in Downtown Dubai, is hiring a polished, welcoming Hostess to join its founding team. Set against the backdrop of the Burj Khalifa, Mystic Mist offers guests a refined hospitality experience built around ritual and atmosphere — and it all begins at the door. As Hostess, you will create the guest’s first impression, managing reservations, seating flow, and arrivals with warmth and professionalism. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the guest experience of a brand-new Downtown Dubai destination from its very first day. We’re looking for someone with a polished presence, strong organizational skills, and a natural talent for making guests feel welcome, even during the busiest moments. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests at the entrance and manage reservations and seating flow
  • Create a strong first impression through warmth, presentation, and professionalism
  • Coordinate with the floor team to optimize table turnover and guest comfort
  • Handle guest inquiries, waitlists, and special requests gracefully
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date reservation and guest log

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess in an upscale restaurant or lounge preferred
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and reservation system familiarity
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
  • Ability to remain composed and welcoming during busy periods
