Hostess

Pera Palace is seeking a warm, polished, and guest‑focused Hostess to join our front‑of‑house team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate is confident, well‑spoken, and able to manage guest flow with grace and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and walk‑ins using the restaurant’s booking system
• Coordinate seating to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and table arrangements
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Communicate effectively with the service and management teams
• Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest‑facing hospitality role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and commitment to high service standards
