As a Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. You’ll manage reservations, coordinate seating, and support the service team during busy periods. Your presence helps maintain order, elevate guest satisfaction, and ensure the venue operates with efficiency and style. Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists.
- Coordinate seating to ensure smooth service flow.
- Communicate guest needs and special requests to the service team.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and host stand.
- Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries.
- Support FOH team during peak hours.
- Uphold G.O.A.T’s service standards and brand image.
Requirements
- Previous hostess or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, friendly, and polished demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable, professional, and confident.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
