Noren Restaurant is preparing to open soon in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, introducing a modern dining experience built on craftsmanship, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. As we build our opening team, we are looking for an elegant, confident, and service‑driven Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in guest‑facing environments, understands the importance of first impressions, and can create a smooth, memorable arrival experience for every guest.

🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and seating flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus with confidence.
• Maintain an organized and efficient host stand and waiting area.
• Communicate effectively with the service team regarding table status and guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Support pre‑opening setup, training, and operational preparations.
• Uphold Noren’s service standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a premium or modern dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) is an advantage.
• Pre‑opening experience is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
