Topgolf Abu Dhabi is preparing for an exciting new chapter, and we are looking for experienced Head Waiters / Head Waitresses to join our pre‑opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the foundation of a world‑class entertainment and hospitality venue, where you will play a key role in shaping service standards, training new team members, and ensuring a seamless launch experience. As a pre‑opening leader, you will help establish operational procedures, support venue readiness, and set the tone for exceptional guest service from day one. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the service team during pre‑opening setup and daily operations
  • Assist in developing service standards, SOPs, and training materials
  • Oversee table allocations, guest flow, and overall dining room readiness
  • Support onboarding and training of new FOH team members
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism

Requirements

  • Currently based in the UAE
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role
  • Previous pre‑opening experience is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
  • Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
