Head Waiter / Head Waitress- Preopening

Topgolf Abu Dhabi is preparing for an exciting new chapter, and we are looking for experienced Head Waiters / Head Waitresses to join our pre‑opening team. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during pre‑opening setup and daily operations
• Assist in developing service standards, SOPs, and training materials
• Oversee table allocations, guest flow, and overall dining room readiness
• Support onboarding and training of new FOH team members
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role
• Previous pre‑opening experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
