Head Bartender – Topgolf Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

Topgolf Yas Island, Abu Dhabi is hiring an experienced Head Bartender (female only) to lead its bar team ahead of opening. Topgolf is a global golf entertainment brand known for blending sport, dining, and social experiences, and its second UAE venue is set to bring the same high-energy, guest-first atmosphere that made Topgolf Dubai a standout success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bartending professional to take on a leadership role from the ground up, shaping bar operations, drink standards, and team culture at a brand-new flagship venue. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar senior bartending role. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily bar operations, ensuring consistent quality and speed of service
• Train, mentor, and manage bartenders and bar-back staff to maintain high performance standards
• Develop and maintain drink recipes, menus, and presentation standards in line with brand guidelines
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination to minimize waste and control costs
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations across the bar area

Requirements

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bartending/senior bartending role
• Female candidates only
• Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
• Excellent mixology knowledge and guest service standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment

About Topgolf Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

Topgolf Yas Island, Abu Dhabi will be the brand’s second venue in the UAE, following the success of Topgolf Dubai, which has welcomed over 2.7 million guests and earned more than 29 industry awards since opening. The new venue is being developed by Miral in partnership with Viya, an authorized Topgolf franchise partner, and will span roughly 6,500 square metres across three levels, alongside a 19,000-square-metre outfield driving range powered by TopTracer ball-tracking technology.

The venue will feature 82 hitting bays (including 8 VIP bays), a VR hitting bay, dining venues, lounge spaces, an arcade zone, an event lawn, and a pro shop — combining golf entertainment with a full social and dining experience for guests of all skill levels.
