About the Role The Lounge by Limited is hiring a Head Barista to lead its coffee program ahead of opening at Nad Al Sheeba Mall, Dubai. In this role, you will set the standard for beverage quality and presentation, develop and refine the drinks menu, and train a team of baristas to deliver consistently excellent coffee craft. As part of a brand-new concept from AP&Co. Hospitality, this is a chance to build a coffee program from scratch and make a lasting mark on the brand’s identity, working closely with management on inventory, cost control, and guest engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the coffee program, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Develop and refresh the beverage menu, staying current with trends.
• Train and mentor baristas on coffee craft and guest service.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering.
• Monitor sales tracking and cost control for the beverage station.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Barista or senior barista role.
• Strong specialty coffee knowledge and latte art skills.
• Experience training and supervising junior baristas.
• Understanding of inventory and cost management.
• Passion for guest engagement and coffee education.
