Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and check guests in and out efficiently, courteously, and in line with Rove service standards
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating where necessary
- Manage room allocations, billing, payments, and reservation updates accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and stays
- Promote hotel facilities, local experiences, and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest journey
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front office, reception, or guest service role, preferably in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with property management systems
- A warm, guest-focused personality with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
