🛠️ Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the FMCG section
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well‑organized, and visually appealing
  • Monitor product expiry, stock rotation, and replenishment cycles
  • Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams for timely deliveries
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue
  • Supervise FMCG staff and provide training where needed
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards across the section
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review

📌 Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG retail or hypermarket operations
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG products, trends, and merchandising
  • Proven ability to manage stock, suppliers, and fast‑moving inventory
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Hypermarket experience is highly preferred
