The FMCG In‑Charge role is a vital leadership position within Safari Hypermarket, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of one of the busiest and most dynamic sections of the store. This role is perfect for individuals who understand fast‑moving consumer goods, thrive in high‑volume retail environments, and enjoy coordinating teams to deliver exceptional customer service. As an FMCG In‑Charge, you will oversee product availability, merchandising standards, supplier coordination, and section performance. 🛠️ Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the FMCG section
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well‑organized, and visually appealing
  • Monitor product expiry, stock rotation, and replenishment cycles
  • Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams for timely deliveries
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue
  • Supervise FMCG staff and provide training where needed
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards across the section
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review

📌 Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG retail or hypermarket operations
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG products, trends, and merchandising
  • Proven ability to manage stock, suppliers, and fast‑moving inventory
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Hypermarket experience is highly preferred
