Floor Supervisor – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai

We are hiring an experienced and service‑driven Floor Supervisor to join one of Dubai’s leading fine dining restaurants. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands the rhythm of premium service, leads by example, and ensures every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, guiding service staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front‑of‑house staff during service
• Ensure smooth table turnover, guest flow, and service delivery
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and communicate daily priorities
• Monitor table setups, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards
• Support waitstaff with guest requests, upselling, and order accuracy
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining performance standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational compliance at all times

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Professional grooming and guest‑focused attitude
• Strong knowledge of service standards and restaurant operations
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
