Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supervise waiters, runners, and hostesses, delegating tasks as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely order flow
- Train and mentor new floor staff on service standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a similar Dubai venue
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Currently based in Dubai with valid UAE work eligibility
Waiter/Waitress
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly
- Serve orders efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
Requirements:
- Previous waitering experience in Dubai’s F&B/hospitality sector
- Strong product and menu knowledge or ability to learn quickly
- Friendly, well-presented, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts
- Currently based in Dubai
Runner
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen/bar to guest tables promptly
- Ensure order accuracy before delivering to guests
- Assist waiters with clearing and resetting tables
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams on order timing
- Support the floor team during peak service hours
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a runner or similar role in Dubai preferred
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Good teamwork and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Currently based in Dubai
Hostess
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations

- Maintain a polished, presentable front-of-house area at all times
Requirements:
- Previous hostess experience in a Dubai restaurant, lounge, or bar

Bar Team
Bartender/Barmaid
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and beverages to a high standard
- Engage guests at the bar with excellent hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment upkeep
- Follow responsible alcohol service and hygiene guidelines
- Collaborate with the floor and kitchen teams during service
Requirements:
- Proven bartending experience within Dubai’s nightlife/F&B scene

- Valid UAE-recognized bartending or hygiene certification (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handle waste disposal and general bar upkeep
Requirements:

Kitchen Team
CDP (Chef de Partie)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality
- Prepare dishes according to recipes, portioning, and plating standards
- Supervise Commis Chefs within the section and guide their development
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Manage stock levels and minimize wastage within the section
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a CDP in a Dubai restaurant/bar kitchen
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of relevant cuisine(s)
- Food safety/hygiene certification (HACCP or equivalent preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
- Currently based in Dubai
Commis Chef
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist section chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workstation
