F&B Captain – Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi (Curio Collection by Hilton)

Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and service-driven F&B Captain to lead front-of-house operations within its restaurant and banquet outlets. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who has already worked as a waiter or waitress and is ready to step into a supervisory position, guiding a team through busy service periods while maintaining consistently high standards. You will coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams, mentor junior staff, and act as a key point of contact for resolving guest concerns with professionalism and confidence. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise waitstaff during service to ensure smooth, high-quality guest experiences
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage order flow and timing
  • Train and mentor junior F&B team members on service standards
  • Handle guest concerns and escalate issues where needed
  • Monitor outlet setup, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage service, hotel experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent guest handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts based on business needs
