Demi Chef de partie (Arabic cook)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Arabic Cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and presenting traditional Arabic dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and authenticity.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and cooking Arabic dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Station Management: Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and timely preparation of dishes.​

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, place orders when necessary, and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness and quality.​

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.​

• Training and Development: Assist in training junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge of Arabic culinary techniques and recipes.​

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.​

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Arabic cuisine within a high-volume kitchen environment.

• Education: Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.​

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Arabic cooking techniques and traditional recipes.​

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.​

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Personal Attributes:
