Commi I – Bakery Team, Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai (6 Vacancies)

We are looking for dedicated, disciplined, and passionate Commi I – Bakery professionals to join the bakery division of one of Dubai’s most prestigious fine dining restaurants. As a Commi I in the bakery team, you will support senior bakers in producing high‑quality breads, pastries, doughs, and specialty baked items while maintaining consistency, precision, and hygiene.

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow in a professional bakery environment, have strong foundational skills, and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑standard kitchens. You will be part of a team that values craftsmanship, creativity, and excellence in every product.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and baking breads, pastries, doughs, and bakery items
• Handle daily mise en place and support production schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation
• Follow recipes, portioning standards, and production guidelines
• Support senior bakers during peak production hours
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
• Assist with receiving and organizing bakery supplies
• Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively with the bakery and culinary teams

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commi I or Commis in a bakery section within a fine dining restaurant or high‑volume bakery in the UAE
• Strong foundational knowledge of doughs, pastries, and baking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn
• Bakery or culinary certification is an advantage
