Receptionist – Russian Speaker — Regency Luxury Suites, Dubai Marina
Regency Luxury Suites in Dubai Marina is seeking a warm, well-presented Receptionist fluent in Russian to join its Front Office team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will manage check-in and check-out procedures, answer inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Given the property’s diverse international clientele, fluency in Russian is essential to deliver clear, personalized communication and service to Russian-speaking guests, alongside strong English skills for day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and the Front Office Supervisor to coordinate guest requests and maintain accurate records. This role suits a candidate who genuinely enjoys hospitality, stays composed under pressure, and takes pride in creating a positive first impression. Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communicate with Russian-speaking guests to ensure clear, personalized service.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest queries regarding hotel services and local information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments and invoicing.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar guest-facing role.
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation and PMS systems is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
