🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
• Assist in menu development and new dish creation
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CDP or similar role
• UAE hospitality or café/restaurant experience is required
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
