Waiter – New Fashion Café, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai

AP&Co. Hospitality is hiring a Waiter to join the launch team of its new fashion café opening soon at Mall of the Emirates. This is the group’s first food-forward concept, curated around the ethos of a soon-to-be-revealed fashion brand and delivered with AP&Co.’s signature hospitality touch. As Waiter, you’ll be the face of the guest experience, guiding diners through the menu and delivering attentive, friendly service from the very first day of service. This role suits an outgoing, guest-focused hospitality professional who takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and guide guests through the menu with product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Deliver attentive, friendly service throughout the guest’s dining experience
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor concerns professionally and promptly
• Support with table setup, resets, and maintaining floor cleanliness during service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented
• Basic English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage
