• Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Flexibility with work hours and operational needs.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
