Barback – Esco-Bar Dubai
Esco-Bar Dubai is looking for hardworking, reliable Barbacks to support our growing bar team. In this role, you’ll keep the bar running smoothly by restocking supplies, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation throughout service. You’ll work closely with bartenders to ensure everything they need is ready during busy periods, making this a great opportunity to learn the trade while being part of a fast-paced, energetic venue. We’re looking for someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep operations running efficiently. If you have some bar support experience in Dubai and are eager to grow within the bar team, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages during service
- Support bartenders by preparing ingredients and maintaining workstations
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation
- Handle waste disposal and general bar upkeep
Requirements
- Previous barback or bar support experience in Dubai preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of bar tools, glassware, and hygiene practices
- Currently based in Dubai
