Chef de Partie – New Fashion Café, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai

AP&Co. Hospitality is hiring a Chef de Partie to join the launch team of its new fashion café opening soon at Mall of the Emirates. This is the group’s first food-forward concept, curated around the ethos of a soon-to-be-revealed fashion brand and delivered with AP&Co.’s signature hospitality touch. As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a dedicated kitchen section, ensuring every dish leaving your station meets the highest standards of taste, consistency, and presentation. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to bring the menu to life from day one of this exciting new opening. This role suits a driven, detail-oriented culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of building something new in one of Dubai’s most prestigious retail destinations. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and run an assigned kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating presentation set by the Head Chef
• Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels for the section and communicate ordering needs to the kitchen management
• Train and support commis chefs and kitchen assistants within the section

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a quality restaurant or café
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational standards
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• UAE hospitality/F&B experience preferred
