Duties & Responsibilities
Waiter/Waitress
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including Italian dishes, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining table presentation and cleanliness
- Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal and handle special requests professionally
- Process payments accurately and thank guests as they depart, encouraging repeat visits
Bartender
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails
- Maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, wine list, and Italian aperitivo culture to guide guest choices
- Manage bar stock, ordering, and storage while minimizing waste and spillage
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with licensing and hygiene regulations
- Engage guests at the bar with friendly, attentive service that reflects the restaurant’s personality
Hostess
- Welcome guests at the entrance and manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover and dining flow
- Handle phone and online booking inquiries with a warm, professional tone
- Manage guest waitlists during peak hours while keeping guests informed and comfortable
- Maintain the front-of-house area’s appearance to reflect the restaurant’s upscale Italian ambiance
Cashier
- Process guest payments accurately using POS systems, including cash, card, and digital payments
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare accurate end-of-shift sales reports
- Issue receipts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with waitstaff and management on billing, discounts, and promotions
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial transactions and guest data
Requirements
Waiter/Waitress
- Previous experience working in restaurants or licensed hospitality venues
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, ideally within Italian dining
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude
- Ability to work efficiently during high-pressure, high-volume service periods
- Must currently be based in Dubai
Bartender
- Proven bartending experience, preferably in a licensed restaurant or bar environment
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine service
- Strong multitasking abilities and composure during busy service
- A creative, guest-focused approach to beverage service
- Must currently be based in Dubai
Hostess
- Previous experience in a hostess or guest relations role within hospitality
- Polished presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills for managing reservations and seating
- Calm, friendly demeanor even during high-demand periods
- Must currently be based in Dubai
Cashier
- Previous cashier or POS experience within restaurants or licensed venues
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and daily reconciliation processes
- Trustworthy, organized, and comfortable handling guest transactions
- Must currently be based in Dubai
