Barista – New Fashion Café, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai

AP&Co. Hospitality is hiring a Barista to join the launch team of its new fashion café opening soon at Mall of the Emirates. This is the group’s first food-forward concept, curated around the ethos of a soon-to-be-revealed fashion brand and delivered with AP&Co.’s signature hospitality touch. As Barista, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting quality coffee and specialty beverages while creating warm, memorable moments at the counter from the very first day of service. This role suits a passionate, guest-focused coffee professional who takes pride in consistency, presentation, and genuine hospitality. Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other menu drinks to brand standard
• Deliver a warm, engaging guest experience at the coffee counter
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of espresso machines, grinders, and workstations
• Manage beverage stock levels and report shortages to the outlet manager
• Uphold consistent quality and presentation across every drink served

Requirements

• Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee shop, café, or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages and latte art is a plus
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
• Attention to detail in presentation and beverage consistency
