CDP (Chef de Partie) – Esco-Bar Dubai

Esco-Bar Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead a section of our kitchen as we expand our operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while managing your section’s preparation, plating, and hygiene standards. You’ll also guide and supervise Commis Chefs, helping to build a strong, capable kitchen team. Esco-Bar’s fast-paced environment calls for a chef who can perform confidently under pressure during peak service while maintaining precision and creativity. If you have solid experience as a CDP within Dubai’s restaurant or bar kitchens, a strong culinary background, and a passion for great food, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a rising hospitality brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality
• Prepare dishes according to recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• Supervise Commis Chefs within the section and guide their development
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Manage stock levels and minimize wastage within the section

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a CDP in a Dubai restaurant/bar kitchen
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of relevant cuisine(s)
• Food safety/hygiene certification (HACCP or equivalent preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
• Currently based in Dubai
