About the Role The Lounge by Limited, a new hospitality concept opening soon at Nad Al Sheeba Mall in Dubai, is hiring a Chef de Partie to join its pre-opening kitchen team. Brought to life by AP&Co. Hospitality, The Lounge combines a carefully curated design with a menu set to define the culinary tone of the area. As Chef de Partie, you will run a dedicated kitchen section, ensuring every dish leaving your station meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a brand-new menu and kitchen culture from the ground up, working alongside a passionate culinary team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and timely output.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to recipe standards and plating guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Sous Chef on ordering and rotation.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards throughout service.
  • Train and guide Commis Chefs within the section.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant or lounge.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
