Jamie’s Italian is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team across our UAE locations. This role is ideal for chefs who take pride in their craft, thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, and are committed to delivering high‑quality dishes inspired by Jamie Oliver’s rustic Italian cuisine. As a CDP, you will manage your station with confidence, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Jamie’s Italian recipes and standards
• Manage your assigned section efficiently during prep and service
• Ensure mise en place is always ready, fresh, and well‑organized
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Support junior chefs and kitchen helpers with guidance and training
• Follow food‑safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients
• Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance kitchen culture

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a high‑volume or casual dining restaurant
• Strong culinary skills and understanding of kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of food‑safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Immediate joiners preferred
