Bartender – Preopening

Topgolf Abu Dhabi is gearing up for an exciting pre‑opening phase, and we are looking for talented Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of one of the UAE’s most vibrant entertainment destinations, where you will help shape the bar experience from day one. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in crafting high‑quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring the bar operates smoothly during both preparation and live service. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about mixology, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and enjoy creating memorable guest interactions. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Assist with pre‑opening bar setup, stock organization, and equipment readiness
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times
• Engage guests with friendly, professional service and beverage recommendations
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and support inventory control

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high‑volume venue
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
