Pera Palace is seeking a dedicated Bartender Assistant to join our vibrant restaurant operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and beverage service, eager to learn from experienced bartenders, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender Assistant, you will support the bar team in preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations during service. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth within a luxury hospitality setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist bartenders in drink preparation and service
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
  • Prepare garnishes, glassware, and bar tools before service
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Support inventory management and restocking activities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the team
