Bartender – Noren Restaurant Dubai (Pre‑Opening)

Noren Restaurant is preparing to open soon in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, bringing a modern dining experience rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and warm hospitality. As we build our opening team, we are looking for a talented and passionate Bartender who can deliver exceptional beverage experiences and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our bar.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical skill with personality — a bartender who understands balance, precision, and guest engagement.

🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming experience.
• Manage bar mise en place, stock levels, and daily preparation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all bar ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new drinks and seasonal specials.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Support pre‑opening setup, training, and bar operational planning.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a premium or modern dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and guest‑interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage but not required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and beverage craftsmanship.
