Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista specializing in specialty coffee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment.​

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.​

• Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable coffee experience.​

• Barista Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in latte art, espresso extraction, and other advanced coffee-making techniques.​

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment needs to management.​

• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.​

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas and café staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.​

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista, with a strong focus on specialty coffee preparation.​

• Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.​

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.​

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee.​

• Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.​
