Western Hotel Liwa is looking for a skilled and service‑driven Barista to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about coffee, guest interaction, and delivering memorable experiences, this role is an excellent fit.

⭐ Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages with consistency
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee counter and service area
  • Manage stock levels, monitor product freshness, and follow hygiene standards
  • Engage guests with warm, professional service and product knowledge
  • Support the service team during busy operations
  • Ensure adherence to hotel standards for presentation, speed, and quality

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance
  • Candidates must be currently in the UAE
